This class is a great way to get into SUPyoga.
Join us no matter your SUP or yoga experience. After dryland practice, work on basic SUPyoga poses, while learning how to use the paddleboard for balance
Class includes basic paddleboarding instruction
prior to paddling out to yoga destination.

Basics are taught on dryland before going on water.

Class is designed for new or newer paddleboarders. A 2-hour class that will be memorable for your 2021 summer!
Learn the proper techniques for a SUP, from safety to stability. This class WILL make you more comfortable and stable on a SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard), we PROMISE!
PLEASE NOTE **You may still fall in the water, but that IS part of the fun! We will allow you to be as comfortable as you want.
Bring your own SUP, or if needed, rent a board (+$30).
CLASS: Consists of dry-land teaching along with on-water. Allow for more time after for self-SUP time.
BRING: Towel, change of clothes, and a positive mindset!
