This class is a great way to get into SUPyoga.

Join us no matter your SUP or yoga experience. After dryland practice, work on basic SUPyoga poses, while learning how to use the paddleboard for balance

prior to paddling out to yoga destination.

Learn the proper techniques for a SUP, from safety to stability.  

This class WILL make you more comfortable and stable on a SUP.

 

Basics are taught on dryland before going on water.  

 

This class is helpful for those who say they "can't do it".  

 

We assure you, YOU can,  and WE will teach you!
