DRY & S.U.P. YOGA - 60 minutes
This class is a great way to get into SUPyoga. Join us no matter your SUP or yoga experience. After dryland practice, work on basic SUPyoga poses, while learning how to use the paddleboard for balance
Class includes basic paddleboarding instruction prior to paddling out to yoga destination.
DRY & SUP YOGA - $20 - includes board
INTRO TO SUP - 60 minutes
This class is a great way to start your SUP career. Basics are taught on dryland before going on water. This class is amazing for those who say they "can't do it". We assure you, YOU can and WE will teach you!
Just like riding a bike, or downhill skiing, there is a certain way to do things. We teach you the "right way", giving you more confidence!
INTRO TO SUP - 1 HOUR - $40 / PERSON $60/COUPLE

Come out to spend the most relaxing minutes of your day on a paddleboard! You decide if you want to stand, sit, lay, swim... whatever you want to do on the paddleboard!

SUPFLOAT - 60 MINUTES - $30 buy 5 and save $10/visit
KIDSUP - 60 minutes
Get the kids together and come out to SUP! We teach as much as possible about SUP and the wildlife! See birds, turtles, snakes, fish, and much more!
Turns out that kids are really quick to learn and become fully capable SUPers in just a little while (no SUPrise there!)
We guide all participants for a tour of the lake, making sure everyone is learning, being safe, and having a fun time!
KIDS SUP - 60 MINUTES - $20
**Parents must stay while class is in session. All attendees under 12 years old must bring a PFD. 12 and over PFD provided.
SUPYOGA - 60 minutes
Relax your mind and body, stretch and balance with nature. Its an amazing experience that you will want to do again (we promise!)
After a paddleboarding tutorial, paddle out to the yoga destination, tie off to a secure spot, and anchor yourself to the surroundings. We assist you every step of the way.
Our positive, no judgement class atmosphere is fun, relaxing, and sometimes a little wet! It's up to you if you want to try more difficult poses, or stay more balanced and secure on the board. Either way, you will be refreshed, re-energized, and ready for whatever comes your way.
Cost: $30/class (without own board)

PADDLING & BASIC FITNESS - 60 MINUTES
Lets use the ground AND the water to get us feeling great!
We add a twist to exercising, using stretching and balancing both on the water and on land. Its a little paddling, balancing, stretching all in one!
This class engages the entire body with the many benefits of a paddleboard. Great for all exercise abilities. We cater the class to meet the needs of all participants.
$15 with own board
SUP TRAINING - 60 minutes
Learn from experienced and trained instructors in a safe, flatwater environment. This 60 minute class helps you get to the next level, whether you are a just starting off, or training for a race. We paddle as a group, working hard but having fun! Better to practice with others than by yourself! We take the guesswork out of the "how-to"; we provide dry-land training to start, working into the water at your own pace.
We take pride in teaching, offering as much knowledge as you want!
We want to you to love paddleboarding as much as we do!
Cost: $30 includes all equipment

FAMILY SUP - 60 MINUTES
Grab the family and head to the water for some unforgettable fun!
We teach you how to SUP until your comfortable enough to venture off on your own! SUP the whole time, or jump in the water to cool off on a hot summer day! Memories in the making!
Price includes all training and equipment. All ages welcomed. Under 12 must bring own PFD, 13 years or older we supply PFDs.
Drybags available upon request.

PADDLE WORKOUT - 60 MINUTES
Join us for a SUP bootcamp that will be your favorite workout!
We combine exercising and paddling in this 90 minute class that will have you feeling amazing! Increase strength, balance, and your love of the water (and paddleboarding!)

SPLASH YOGA AND SWIM - 90 MINUTES
Join us for a more fun SUP YOGA class!
A full 90 MINUTES of water, peace, yoga, and swimming.. so perfect on a warm summer night.
We attempt many yoga poses, usually resulting in falling in the water for most people. But, that is part of the fun!
Join us in clear, warm lakes, and enjoy the summer and goofing around.
Cost: $30 includes all equipment and instruction

YOGA AND MEDITATION - 90 MINUTES
Breathe. Relax. This unique class combines more than just SUPyoga and light meditation.. it brings nature and peacefulness to those who attend.
Easy enough for beginners, this 90 minute guided session is simply an experience that can help anyone release whatever they need to.
Try it out, you'll be glad you did!
Cost: $25 includes all equipment and instruction

ADVANCED PADDLING & TRAINING - 90 MINUTES
Want to take it to the next level? Join us for long-distance training.
We will give you 90 minutes of training and paddling partnership!
We can help you as much as you want, or just try and push you to prepare for your feat. Either way is good with us! More fun to paddle in a pod than by yourself. Join us for some serious fun!
